Helen has professional experience in diverse industries such as manufacturing, construction and property development, real estate, not for profit organizations, retail and professional services, and education. Helen prides herself on developing customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each client, and dedicates her energy in providing business transition services for business professionals. Her primary aim is to ensure an efficient and effective business transfer that secures the highest return.
Since 2006, Helen has performed services for diverse private entrepreneurs and business owners. Her experience contributes to all facets of business development and support. Helen has established and applied strategic plans, developed systems and processes, managed cash flow, and established critical success dynamics; all of which guide the business to achieve its full potential. Exposure to a wide range of business cultures and diverse professionals assures her comfort level in meeting objectives. Helen is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. She is well-travelled and possesses international exposure. Helen communicates professionally in English and Mandarin. In her spare time, Helen actively participates in volunteer work. She is a member of Canada Wine Culture International Society executive committee and sits on the board as Board Treasurer for certain events.
