Assisting a Real Estate company and its absentee owner, in recruiting a key, senior management team member with broad operational financial and hands-on operating responsibilities, as required by a business in transition due primarily to a lack of vision and future oriented strategic business plan.
The key focus of our initial mandate, was in defining the role profile of the individual sought, conducting the search and background checks of those candidates who would meet the criteria established, and finally to create the strategic plan with quantifiable and functional goals and objectives for their first year of work within a small organizational structure.
