Assisting a specialized medical clinic in building value and implantation of a transition plan

After completing a Transition plan for a highly specialized medical clinic and its practicing physician owner, in the summer of 2015, we were engaged in the last quarter of 2015, to implement the first phase of the transition plan implementation. Our work was focused on documenting systems and procedures, introducing new administrative processes, and replacing a key individual who was set to retire. All of this was to build the value of the clinic for a possible future transition in 4 to 5 years.
A second mandate was signed in April of 2016 to continue the implementation of the transition plan by assisting to complete the administrative improvements underway but not yet completed, and to further develop marketing strategies to increase overall exposure of the business while positioning it strategically within the marketplace in order to attract future successors and/or collaborative partners.
It is expected that this renewed mandate will continue through to the end of 2016.
