Generational Business Transition

Transitioning from one generation to the next is not an easy task, and is harder without an impartial party to calm the emotional waters that stir up in the process. After trying on their own, many quickly learn that they are not going to be successful on our own. Only 30 percent or so of family businesses successfully transition to a second generation. Rather than take a chance of becoming another failed statistic, our clients make the  investment in our process. The alternative to not making it through is even more costly to everyone, than working with an advisor you have faith in and can trust.
