The owners of a well-known local manufacturer and supplier of doors and related products that had been in business since 1975 wished to retire but did not have an internal succession plan in place. The owners wanted a buyer that would carry on the business legacy and protect the jobs of the existing employees, many of whom had been with the company throughout their career.

ROCG Vancouver office was engaged to facilitate the ownership change and was able to identify a suitable buyer whose vision for the company was an excellent fit with the goals of the owners. Over a few months period a transaction was negotiated and the deal closed. Both seller and buyer are happy with the results.
