Ronen Shefer is a Co-Founding Partner of ROCG Americas and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2004. Ronen has been instrumental to the development of ROCG in North America, the growth of its brand and the implementation of its key strategic initiatives. Ronen is also a member of ROCG’s executive committee which manages ROCG’s global initiatives.

Terry has advised small and medium-sized, family owned/closely held businesses for over 35 years. Additionally he has owned and operated small businesses in commercial real estate, mining, hotel and service industries. His particular business areas of expertise are in business exit and transition planning and execution, value growth planning and strategic planning.

Yves advises privately held business owners on Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transaction activities. Services include business value calculations, targeting prospective buyers/sellers, preparing Selling Memorandums, and guiding the M&A team through due diligence and final Transaction negotiations. A frequent seminar and workshop presenter to SME owners and their advisors, he focuses on building business value and creating financing structures that meet the special needs of SME business owners.

She works with clients and ROCG team members to ensure engagements obtain maximum results. Chairman - The Vann Group

Kevin is currently the Chairman of the Vann Group with offices in Springfield and Boston. The Vann Group operates several divisions which include an Accounting & Tax Group, a Transactional & Business Advisory Group and their own Equity Group which holds various interests in operating businesses and real estate investments. Kevin has advised and led hundreds of clients over the years through all sorts of transactional engagements and has become a “trusted advisor” to generations of business people.

Michael heads our Springfield MA affiliate office and is the President of the Vann Group. Michael provides over 15 years of strategic consulting and transactional advisory experience. He serves as a trusted advisor to the owners of growth oriented, privately held small/mid-size business in a variety of industries including industrial/business services, manufacturing, and food & hospitality. He focuses his efforts on helping owners scale their companies and positioning them for a successful exit.

Patty Stefanelli

Patty leads the Division of Performance Improvement at the Vann Group, our Springfield MA affiliate office. She focuses her efforts on helping organizations in any industry work towards more sustained levels of operational excellence by embracing Lean thinking and continuous improvement. She has extensive technical and business knowledge, as well as project management experience. She has led large, organization-wide system implementations and Lean process improvement initiatives. She has an MBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and a TWI Knowledge Certification.

Steve heads our affiliate office in the Boston Market. In addition to Steve’s Managing Partner responsibilities, he works closely with a number of clients that are in the process of transition. Steve’s focus is on how best to improve his client’s profitability or business value.
