Ronen is the Chief Executive Officer of ROCG,  an international professional service and consulting firm with offices throughout North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.  ROCG is the only international firm specializing in the areas of business transition strategy, finance and operations for privately owned and emerging growth enterprises.

Ronen has been instrumental to the development of ROCG  in North America, the growth of its brand and the implementation of its key strategic initiatives. Ronen is also a member of ROCG’s executive committee which manages ROCG’s global initiatives.

Born and raised in Israel, Ronen moved to the United States over twenty years ago in pursuit of owning his own business. As a graduate of Grand Valley State University, Ronen began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and after mastering his expertise he pursued and excelled in business consultancy choosing to help business owners instead of just reporting on their financial outcomes.

For over 20 years, Ronen has specialized in guiding entrepreneurs and business owners through their unique challenges of owning their businesses and on several occasions served as a contracted CEO and/or General Manager in order to drive the turnaround of organizations in manufacturing, distribution and service industries. Ronen’s areas of expertise include marketing development and monitoring, strategic planning, business development, profit improvement, people development, process design, and business transition.

Ronen recognizes each client is unique and in many cases they not only require business advisory and planning, but they also require someone to help oversee the success of the implementation of the planning. Implementation is the most difficult part of the process for business owners and Ronen focuses the majority of his time holding owners and their management teams accountable to their strategic initiatives in order to ensure their success.

When he is not working with clients, you can frequently find Ronen speaking throughout the country on marketing, business growth strategies and successful exit planning. Ronen also authored several articles that were published in business publications such as the Business Update, Business Review and MI Biz.
